The Shunem Project
Reaching out to widows, orphans and the less privileged with practical care — food and household support, school needs, and a community of people who will not let them carry it alone.

Bridge For Help Global Ministries walks with families who cannot afford school fees, tutoring or exam costs — offering free lessons, exam fee support and mentors who stay until the child finishes.
No child is turned away for lack of money — every learner we take on is tutored, mentored and covered through their exams.
or MORE Children will be tutored free of charge
Exam fees will be covered for learners who would have dropped out
Volunteer tutors and mentors serving every week
We do not hand out money and disappear. Each project is run with local teachers, parents and volunteers, and it stays with the people it serves until they can stand on their own.

Reaching out to widows, orphans and the less privileged with practical care — food and household support, school needs, and a community of people who will not let them carry it alone.

A leadership and empowerment network for students in primary, secondary and tertiary institutions — mentoring, study support and exam fee help that keeps a learner in class and moving forward.
Our agro-business initiative, created to build a sustainable financial structure that supports our programs, projects and outreaches — so the work does not depend on donations alone.
No long forms, no queues, no cost. Three short steps and your child is in a classroom with a tutor.
Call, message or visit any of our learning centres. A parent, guardian or teacher can make the referral — you only need the child's name and school.
A team member visits you at home within a week to understand what the child needs — tutoring, exam fees, or both — and to agree a simple plan together.
Your child joins a tutoring group and is matched with a mentor. We cover exam fees when the time comes and keep you updated every term.
In 2019, a small group of teachers and church volunteers met a bright girl who had been sent home from school three times because her exam registration had not been paid. They paid it themselves. She passed, and she is now studying at university.
That one act became Bridge For Help Global Ministries. Today we are a team of 22 staff and more than 240 volunteer tutors and mentors, working with families across our region who want their children in school but cannot always afford it.
We are a registered faith-based ministry, and we publish our accounts every year so that every supporter can see exactly where their gift went.

A parent, guardian, teacher or community leader can refer a child. You only need the child's name, age and school — we will take care of the rest and visit your family within a week.
Every gift is tracked to a specific learner and program, and we publish our accounts each year. Monthly donors receive updates on the children their giving supports.
Not at all. We provide lesson plans, materials and training, and pair new tutors with experienced ones. If you can read, listen and show up consistently, you can tutor.
